InnerTrek’s Center for Psilocybin Services in Portland’s Central Eastside has announcing details and dates for its accessible, professionally facilitated psilocybin retreats.
Founded by Tom Eckert, the creator of the first regulated psilocybin industry in the world, InnerTrek’s mission is to “spark healing and wholeness through Oregon’s newly legal psilocybin therapy and wellness framework.”
The community-centric retreats will include several specialised experiences for specific groups, such as healthcare workers, veterans, LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC.The InnerTrek centre, which soft-opened in November 2023, has already facilitated psilocybin experiences for hundreds of clients from around Oregon and the wider world.
Psilocybin therapy and programming will be available on an hour-for-hour basis. A one-day “Community Services” psilocybin session starts at $1200 and a three-day “Community Retreat” starts at $2500.Both offerings include a thorough health and safety screening by an on-staff MD, one-to-one intake sessions, two group preparation sessions, guided psilocybin session(s) and two group aftercare integration sessions.

Dates are still being finalised for an LGBTQIA2S+ retreat, as well as a retreat for war survivors from the Middle East.The Centre has also welcomed Emma Knighton, who co-founded the American Psychedelic Practitioners Association, to its team as director of services.
Knighton, a respected leader in the field of psychedelic medicine, will focus on spearheading the development and execution of InnerTrek’s service centre “through the lens of ethics, trauma-informed care and pro-liberation practices”.Tom Eckert, Inner Trek founder, says: “I’m inspired by the impactful programming and conscious leadership at InnerTrek, as we continue to advance the evolving field here in Oregon and beyond.
