Public Flower, a new cannabis dispensary, opened Monday on Allen Street in Buffalo.
It is the first Black- and woman-owned licensed dispensary in the city of Buffalo.
Owned and operated by Sheldon Anderson and Moriah Kelly, they say the establishment is a major step forward for minority businesses in Western New York.
The dispensary will be open Monday-Thursday from 4-11 p.m. and Friday-Sunday 11 a.m.-1 a.m. for customers who want to walk in to make a purchase.
They also have an online ordering system.
