A Hoboken cannabis dispensary located within a few hundred feet of two schools can remain open after an appellate court panel ruled its application was filed before Hoboken enacted stricter buffer zone regulations.
The 29-page decision released Monday appears to put an end to the two-year “time of application” battle waged between the Blue Violets dispensary and Hoboken for Responsible Cannabis (HFRC) and its founder, Liz Urtecho.
