A local cannabis dispensary that’s been battling with the Salinas City Council for years over its plans to relocate will be allowed to move into a new location.
The Canna Cruz dispensary located on Abbot Street, originally had their application to relocate denied by the city planning commission.

On Tuesday, with a five to two vote the council reversed that decision voting to approve the dispensary’s appeal.
Canna Cruz will now be allowed to move to their new location on South Main Street.
